Online Data Room Audit and Compliance

The Site Administrator controls which users have access to their site and datarooms. Confidentiality agreements for dataroom usage and are usually signed offline before access is granted. Clients may control viewing rights and can phase in access to the more confidential documents or folders when appropriate.

Users can be assigned to groups with controlled access at the document library, folder, and document level. The Site Administrator can turn users access on or off in the click of the mouse. A complete audit history of all login and document viewing/downloading activity provides a record for selected time periods of what was disclosed and reviewed for legal and compliance purposes.

At the conclusion of  a dataroom project, for audit and general record keeping purposes, clients can export user activity reports for all dataroom activity during the life of the project. The final version of the dataroom documents can also be zip downloaded or bulk downloaded to the desktop or a DVD for archive purposes.
